What Are Rapid Folding Industrial Doors?
Rapid folding industrial doors are the ideal solution when there is a need to quickly enter and exit an industrial warehouse while protecting the internal environment from heat, cold, or dust from the outside.
Self-extinguishing PVC vertical doors represent the evolution of heavy gates used to close large openings, which are now obsolete for the production needs of our times.
Technical Features of Our Industrial Doors
Our industrial doors consist of a galvanized, press-folded structure, comprising a self-supporting upper crossbar and two lateral sliding uprights.
They are equipped with rubber gaskets, particularly resistant to wear, and reinforcing tubes that also serve as cable conduits.
The curtain is made of class 2 self-extinguishing PVC, type g/sqm 800, with a tear resistance of 300 N. It can be fitted with transparent material windows and can be made in various colors.
The door system is supplied complete with all necessary elements for its operation, including the winding shaft with self-braking motorization and an opening/closing speed of 1 meter per second, the crossbars and lifting belts, the control panel with related sensors and safety photocells, and the flashing light that indicates its movement.
Our rapid folding doors comply with the UNI EN 13241-1 standard, the lateral uprights are equipped with safety signage, and the curtains we produce come with a fire resistance certificate. Finally, we remind you that each rapid folding door can be custom-made and personalized according to the customer’s needs.
We also have the possibility to replace damaged curtains on our doors or on doors supplied by other manufacturers.
